Scottish Highland Dancing originated in the Highlands of Scotland to music played on the Bagpipes. Dances depict historical events, military training, and, more simply, celebrating being a Scot. 

Is Highland right for you?

Scottish Highland Dance is suitable for dancers of all capabilities. Dancers can begin classes at age 2. There are even classes for those still young at heart.

Fun Fact: Traditionally only males could partake in Highland Dancing.

Females may out number the males now, but there are still many male dancers. There are a variety of classes to suit each dancers abilities and goals whether they be recreational or competitive.

Our Inspiration

Miss Kodi is our Studio Director and has been dancing since she could walk. She has had many success within the Highland Dance World as a competitive dancer as well as a teacher and choreographer.
